Investigative Works

BIRS offers investigative works such as:

• Dyed water tests to determine the location and cause of water penetration
• Intrusive investigation to assess the underlying components of roof materials, walls, ceilings etc, to track evidence of the cause
• Monitoring widths of cracks over time
• Moisture reading equipment on walls and ceilings to determine water ingress issues
• Provide reports and investigation findings and recommendations
